I don't get it. I can read the posts but can't make comments on anything. I even changed my settings and was hoping it would work but NO, it still won't let me make a comment on anyone's blog. I feel like giving up on this whole computer thing.

I'm sorry you're having so much trouble. This is probably a stupid question, but have you asked Terry if he can figure it out? Is he able to leave comments on people's blogs?
Also, Blogger has a help function which got me out of a fix yesterday. Maybe you could check there.
I wish I was closer so I could try to help.
