We are having very high winds and there are some nasty fires in the area but not close to us. Had my first treadmill test today. It wasn't as hard as I expected it to be.
Glad to hear about your test. That sounds like a good sign. Hope you don't have to breathe too much smoke, like we did all summer. You'll probably have the good sense to stay indoors, though.

You should have dine the test double time just to show them. Show them what I do not know, but it would have been something!
